In January 2002, H.T. PROF ISRAEL was created to work with companies having  Corporate, Managerial and/or Venture Capital roots in Israel, needing to hire in the U.S.  Today, we are expanding to other International companies hiring in the U.S. and also recruiting outside the U.S.

H.T. PROF - Clean Tech was established in 2008 as a separate recruiting desk dedicated to developing and growing relationships with companies doing business in the areas of Renewable / Alternative Energy, Water and Agriculture.  

If there is one universal area or specialty that has the greatest demand it would be engineering.   The need for individuals in any of the engineering disciplines is growing and the supply of quality talent is not keeping pace and becoming increasing difficult to find.
