TODD PORTER (President / Sr. Partner) 

Todd-Porter-2013-picTODD  spent 17 years with IBM and during that period he worked in a variety of technical and business positions focusing on Hardware, Software and Consulting.  He ran IBM’s “external” Educational Vendor Process and was the Business Operations Manager on the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.  In his last position he managed a National Data Warehouse Practice in IBM’s Bank/Finance Industry vertical.

In 1997 Todd left IBM to start H.T. PROF Executive Search to recruit ‘key’ technology and executives.

As the “technology bubble” was exploding, Todd took the company in a new direction focused on working with Israeli companies.  He created H.T. PROF ISRAEL as a separate organization, dedicated to developing and growing relationships with Israeli companies doing business in the United States.

Since 2000 he has conducted searches for over 200 Israeli companies in both High Tech and Low Tech.  The industries these companies are in range from Telecommunication, Software and Biotech to Agriculture, Water and Diamonds.

Today, Todd is the main driving force behind H.T. PROF Cleantech, having started that effort in 2008.  His focus is Global in areas like renewable energy, water and agriculture.

Todd has an engineering degree from Phoenix College and a business degree in finance / economics from the University of Arizona.

 RAMI HASCAL (Principal / Sr. Recruiter) 

Rami-webRAMI  has over 25 years of managerial experience in the high tech industry.   He spent 12 years with Scitex America, a pioneer in the graphic arts industry, 5 years with Orbotech, a developer of optical inspection for the PCB and FPD industries and with HP’s digital printing group.  Over the years, Rami held positions in business development, sales and marketing, finance and professional services.

In 1998, Rami co-founded an e-learning start-up at the time that the distance learning concept was in its infancy.  In addition, Rami led an effort to spin-off a technology into an enterprise solution intended for the optimization of delivery routing.

Rami joined H.T. PROF  Executive Search in 2007 and recruits key positions with Technical companies including management, sales, support and other customer-facing positions.  In the past couple years he widened the geographic focus of H.T. PROF to include South and Latin America having filled positions all over the region.

His vast business and cross-cultural experience positions him as an expert in identifying the key characteristics that allow candidates to be successful working for a U.S., Israeli or any other International company.

Rami holds a MBA (cum laude) from the Olin School of Business at Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

 

DIANE DONAHUE (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Diane started out as a Retail Store Manager and progressed to Senior Executive Levels within Retail before moving to the Supply side in building both Branded and Private Label businesses.

She spent 7 years building a domestic US manufacturing business, followed by 3 years in building an offshore sourcing operation for a Canadian company.

She has worked within Global companies and is acutely aware of the demand for organizational support and effective communications in building success.

In 2010 Diane formed a Consulting Business to support Retail Clients, and Suppliers to Retailers.  She applied her experience and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in our ever-evolving Marketplace to assist Retailers, Supply Chain Partners, Marketing Groups and E-Commerce Clients in building successful Business Strategies and Structures.

Diane began working with HT PROF on a project basis on Retail related searches in 2017.  She joined us as a Full Time Recruiter in early 2018.

While her focus is directed toward our Retail Clients, Diane applies her Organizational understanding and Global experience in making successful placements in other areas as well.

Diane has a BS in Accounting from Gannon University.

 MICHELLE BRINGMAN (Recruiter / Researcher) 

Michelle-BringmanMICHELLE  recruits and provides research for several sectors.  She works as a generalist identifying and engaging key candidates for our clients.

Michelle also works as a Career Development Consultant, assisting candidates and clients with resume writing, interviewing skills, and general hiring business acumen. Michelle has a passion for identifying candidates, coaching and making the perfect match between candidate and customer.

Prior to working for H.T. PROF, Michelle worked at IBM for over 20 years in customer service, software defect support, and technical sales support. In her final position, she specialized in performing reviews of clients’ storage and complex solutions, identifying and mitigating risk. This job allowed her to support the storage sales proposals across IBM U.S., working across all business sectors.

Michelle volunteers at a non-profit organization, assisting at-risk women to identify career and education goals. She coaches and tutors women of all ages through their individual career plan, through the high school diploma program, and into the job market.

In her spare time, Michelle can be found spending time with her family, her two dogs, or enjoying a micro-brew as she writes about herself in third person.

 JOE FLABEETS (Recruiter) 

Joe 9JOE  was a legend at IBM for his business leadership and managing chaotic situations.   During that time he started as a Field Engineer, transitioned to software and made the move to consulting.  He was known as an expert in both managing and presenting information and strategy to Senior IBM Executives that was both timely and relevant.

After leaving IBM Joe spent several years as an independent consultant.  He now joins H.T. PROF to focus on recruiting quality talent in the BioTech area.

In addition to recruiting he is currently writing a book about his time at IBM that is expected to be titled, “Joe Flabeets and the Goat Rodeo”
