We’re recruiting a Plant HR Manager for a Manufacturing plant on the I85 Alabama / Georgia state line.

Individual will have to….

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives to create structure, business processes, performance systems, solutions and metrics to support business goals, company culture and company growth
• Drive key HR initiatives across departments, including staffing, performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, training and development, rewards & recognition, organizational effectiveness and employee communication
• Assist in sourcing resource needs at the plant, which includes recruitment strategy/processes, resourcing metrics, recruitment and selection assessment
• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
• Address all employee relation matters, including conducting exit interviews, supporting on boarding initiatives, and evaluating and providing recommendations to stakeholders
• Provide support and coaching to the senior management team during preparation of short and long term plans, budgets, and periodic performance reviews

Experience / Skills Required

• BS degree in related discipline (MBA a plus)
• 10 to 15 years’ HR experience in Manufacturing
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Having worked for an International company is a PLUS
