The primary service H.T. PROF GROUP provides is contingency recruiting.

We have been recruiting specific skills in unique industries since 1997.  Over that period we continued to take search assignments that push the limit on skills, industries and geography.  The ability to successfully recruit so diversely can be contributed to our ‘search process’ approach.  (Defined below)

If you have something outside the norm and/or extremely difficult to fill, challenge us.

Companies ask us, “How long will it take to get us candidates?” or “How long will it take to fill the position?”

No two searches are alike but we normally say, “Our goal is to submit 3 to 5 candidate in a 2 to 3 week period.”  At that point the timeline will normally depend on the company and how responsive they are in communicating, refining/changing the search, interviewing, providing feedback, making critical decisions as well as how the offer is presented.

Many individuals ask us if we can help them find a position.  The answer to that question is a little more complex and a simple yes/no.

If your skills / experience match the areas we are focused on, the probability that we can help you increases dramatically but…

…the reality is our business model is one where we have jobs and we recruit individuals.  It normally doesn’t work the other way around.
